Team members are NOT permitted to represent another bait company whilst part of the Responsive Baits team. Anyone found to be will lose their position and any future deals or sales.

If you are sponsored by a tackle, particle bait or any other non-boilie based angling company, this is acceptable however we require that your catches mention you used Responsive Baits.

The team are expected to go fishing regularly throughout the year. Your position within Responsive Baits & the associated discount on your baits is a reward for the effort you put in. If you fail to regularly go fishing and a valid reason is not given this will result in the termination of your position within the Responsive Baits team.

Members in all roles are required to advertise/ promote/ like/ share/ hashtag posts published by our Instagram and Facebook accounts. Failure to do so will result in demotion or termination of your position.

Catch reports must be submitted via message to our Facebook or Instagram accounts. Key details such as venue, bait used, how many fish & weights must be submitted with good quality photos that can be used on social media, in magazines, etc. Further detail of the session can be included if you wish. Catch reports without the key information & useable photographs will not be published and continued failure to provide useable catch reports will result in termination of your position within the Responsive Baits team.

No publicity waters are allowed but catches will be used as undisclosed venue.

There is opportunity to progress within the Responsive Baits team. Individuals that show regular exceptional catch results/ engage with a large number of social media users regularly/ enhance sales will be offered further discounts and a new role within the team. The highest level of our team receives a free bait allowance.

Any members of our team that fail to provide the required level of input and effort for their role may be offered a different role that suits their level of effort and contributions.

We review our members quarterly and this is when promotions/demotions will be made and any new rates will be applied from.

As a part of the Responsive Baits team you are expected to represent us in a professional manner at all times in relation to angling. Behaviour on the bank or online which results in negative perception of the company will not be tolerated and your position and association with our company will be terminated with immediate effect.
